Pricing

On the page, where a price belongs

Most of this market prices as a share of your refund, or behind a demo. Both make it hard to work out what you are buying. Here is ours.

Post-audit Free once, no card, nothing to sign

We check what you have already paid, three to twelve months back, and tell you what was billed wrong.

  • One month, or as far back as your files go
  • A report with every discrepancy, its evidence and the amounts
  • Which items are still inside the carrier's dispute window
  • Wording you can send, if you want to claim
  • Yours to keep whether or not you continue
Ongoing checking £49 per month · one carrier account

Every new invoice checked before you pay it, so the money stops leaving in the first place.

  • Every invoice checked as it arrives
  • A statement telling you what to pay and what to hold
  • Repeat problems and missing credits surfaced
  • Your rate table kept current as tariffs and fuel move
  • A written record of every change made under you
Optional Managed recovery a fee agreed in writing, in advance

You raise claims yourself through your own carrier relationship at no extra cost. If you would rather not, we do it for you.

  • We file, chase and reconcile the claims
  • Credits matched back against your invoices
  • Priced per account before any work starts
  • Declining it changes nothing else

What the £49 actually buys

It is worth being blunt about this. If a subscription only bought you a list of claims to work through, you would be better off with a service that takes a cut and does the work. What it buys is the checking itself: every invoice examined before you pay it, against a rate table someone keeps current, with the reasoning written down.

£49 is our opening price and we may be wrong about it. If a month of your invoices turns out to hold nothing worth finding, we will tell you that rather than sell you a subscription.

Questions we would ask in your position

Do you take a percentage of what you find? Not for the audit itself, and not by default. Everything the carrier credits you is yours. Managed recovery is a separate, optional service with a fee agreed in advance.
What if I have two carrier accounts? The £49 covers one. Tell us what you have and we will price it before you commit.
Is there a contract or a minimum term? No minimum term. Monthly, cancel whenever it stops being worth it.
Do I have to change how I ship? No. We read the exports your existing systems already produce. There is no integration to build and nothing to install.
What if my rate agreement is verbal? Then we can only check what is written down and the carrier's published tariff, and we will say so plainly in the report rather than guess.
Which carriers? UK parcel carriers, one account at a time to start. Tell us who you use and we will say honestly whether we can do a good job on it yet.
